Sunflower Communications Group took part in the practical conference “Contact Centers: Best Practices” which took place on September 30 in Kiev. The practical conference “Contact Centers: Best Practices” is a unique opportunity to learn about the proven practices of leading market players and dynamically developing companies.
There were more than 15 practical reports, 7 master-classes from the recognized experts, more than 3 hours of live communication which covered the most actual topics for the most of contact centers at the moment.
